Processes for health-related labor assessment

  • Strategic management of the relationship with the stakeholders of the employees applying the AA1000SES standard (employee, ARL, Ministry of Labor, E.P.S. and employer) aligned with the company’s sustainable management commitments.
  • Process before the Ministry of Labor and ARL to process just cause dismissal authorizations before the Ministry.
  • Follow-up of the most disabling EPSs, in order to manage the risks with these entities.
  • In case the employee can be productive, relocation to the position that generates greater added value for sustainability for the company.
